Manolo Blahnik is one of the most prestigious women’s luxury shoe designers. Like Christian Louboutin and Jimmy Choo. The Malaysian shoedesigner rose to international fame with his breathtakingly beautiful high heels and his spectacular Cinderella-inspired crystal bridal slipper featuring 12,938 Swarovski crystals.
But Jimmy Choo is also a talented fashion designer. After selling his share of the Jimmy Choo company in 2001 and after launching two shoe lines, he became the creative director of The Atelier, a Malaysian company that specializes in luxury wedding gowns.
The Atelier Couture by Prof. Jimmy Choo presented a spectacular collection at Barcelona Bridal Fashion Show on 17 April 2024.
The Atelier’s Fall/Winter 2024 Bridal Collection is inspired by the concept of “creating a dream”. The collection prompts contemplation on the purpose of such dreams and the means to recapture fleeting memories. Each piece is envisioned as a unique dream, symbolizing the intersection of the past and the future.
