Elie Saab pays tribute to the art of haute couture by launching La Collection des Essences, an exclusive high perfumery collection. The Lebanese couturier invited French master perfumer Francis Kurkdjian to join him on this enchanting adventure. The dialogue between these two artisans of the exceptional has given birth to La Collection des Essences, four perfume creations as sumptuous and luxurious as an embellished haute couture gown. The couturier and the perfumer selected the most remarkable ingredients to create this perfumed tribute to haute couture. ELIE SAAB ESSENCE N° 1 ROSE
Voluptuous and enveloping like layers of precious fabrics, Essence N° 1 waves the most magnificent essences and absolutes of Centifolia and Damascena Roses.
A burst of fresh flowers reveals the dazzling brightness of Essence of Turkish and Bulgarian Rose when the absolutes of Rose from Grasse and Turkey exude their intricate elixir. Vanilla and Cedar dress the trail of the Rose with a thousand faces.
VERTIGO had the honour to be invited to the presentation of Elie Saab’s La Collection des Essences on August 21st, 2014.
The perfumes of the collection are sophisticated and multi-faceted.
La Collection des Essences is Elie Saab’s first high perfumery collection. La Collection des Essences is available at Elie Saab boutiques in Geneva (Switzerland) and Paris, in Düsseldorf as well as at Harrods in London. Price: approximately 270 Swiss francs.
