I Took 100 Pilates Reformer Classes: Results and Benefits

As a journalist, I spend between eight and twelve hours a day sitting in front of a computer—writing, editing, and rarely moving beyond my desk. While I was more active in my younger years, practicing aerobics, salsa, and even playing basketball at school, physical activity gradually faded from my routine. Over the past five years, aside from daily long walks and always taking the stairs to my apartment, structured exercise had largely vanished from my life.
