VILLA GALLICI, AIX-EN-PROVENCE

Located in the most popular area of Aix-en-Provence, this elegant 18th century Provencal mansion opens out on to a garden filled with the sweet fragrances of Provence, with cypress trees sheltering the outdoor swimming pool. On the patio, the plane trees offer welcoming shade when the restaurant’s dining room is dressed in its most beautiful finery.

Fall under the spell of the refined baroque decoration of Villa Gallici, a 5-star Relais & Châteaux luxury hotel, the boudoir atmosphere, the delicate tableware and the refined gourmet restaurant.

LE BRISTOL IN PARIS

Celebrities like Jared Leto, Dakota Fanning and Megan Hess love to stay at the elegant, multi-award-winning hotel Le Bristol near the Royal Palace in Paris. The hotel opened in 1925, when the Roaring Twenties were in full swing. In 1978, Le Bristol was bought by German hotelier Rudolf A. Oetker, who extensively renovated and expanded the property, adding a 13,000-square-foot garden and top-floor swimming pool.

The courtyard garden, Le Jardin Français, and the Café Antonia are also open to non-residents of the Hotel Bristol. Japanese pastry Chef Yu Tanaka has created a new teatime menu for 79€ per person. It is served from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm.

DOMAINE LES CRAYÈRES, REIMS (CHAMPAGNE REGION)

This amazing chateau, nestled discreetly in a seven hectare park full of lush vegetation, was originally commissioned by Jeanne Alexandrine Pommery, in charge of the Champagne firm bearing her name, for her daughter Louise, Marquise de Polignac.

Today, the 5-star hotel Domaine Les Crayères reflects a magnificent classical French chateau style in an atmosphere of elegant sophistication. The gourmet restaurant features a wine list with more than 600 champagne labels.
