BLANCA PADILLA IS THE NEW FACE OF ELIE SAAB’S ROYAL PERFUME

Blanca Padilla is the new face of Elie Saab’s Royal perfume. In the majestic gardens of Palais-Royal in Paris, the Spanish topmodel is wearing an imperial blue silk chiffon haute couture gown by Elie Saab. She encounters an elegant stallion on the grounds, carrying the couturier’s signature gold emblem on his harness. Paris unfolds before them under the soft rays of sun, while they wander in the gardens of the former royal palace opposite the Louvre.

The new ad campaign was shot by Swedish fashion photographer Camilla Akrans. Blanca is one of Elie Saab’s favourite topmodels. She made her debut with the Lebanese couturier on the Paris runway in 2014. Since then, she has been named model of the year by Glamour Magazine in 2017, and has garnered over 630,000 Instagram followers.

This fall, eight years after the launch of Elie Saab Le Parfum, the couturier launches Le Parfum Royal, a noble interpretation of his signature scent. Elie Saab’s orange blossom and patchouli signature has been reinvented by French perfumer Maïa Lernout. Trained by master perfumer Francis Kurkdjian, who authored the original Le Parfum by Elie Saab, she interprets the couturier’s vision of modern royalty with an ambery floral chypre. In the top notes, the fragrance glitters with mandarin essence. The noble heart of the scent unveils two facets of the Queen of flowers, Turkish rose absolute and Bulgarian rose, with precious Lebanese neroli.

A regal trail of suede-smooth Indonesian patchouli essence and creamy Indian sandalwood essence blends with amber and vanilla into a majestic, long-lasting silage.
