At the tender age of 20, Dutch model Laurijn Bijnen has achieved a lot since her fashion debut at the 2016 Fall/Winter Prada fashion show in Milan. She walked for Chanel, Dior, Saint Laurent, Dolce & Gabbana, Elie Saab, Giambattista Valli, Alexander MacQueen and Oscar de la Renta. Moreover, she graced the cover of Vogue Paris and Vogue Greece.

Laurijn has just been unveiled as the face of Narciso Rodriguez’s newest fragrance, Ambrée, for which the American-Cuban fashion designer envisioned a radiant fragrance expressing the mysterious alchemy of attraction. He collaborated again with French perfumer Aurélien Guichard to capture the inspiration of a woman’s golden freckled skin radiating with the warmth of the sun.

For over 20 years, Narciso Rodriguez has designed clothes for women, revealing their inner beauty and elegance, admiring their warmth and generosity, embracing their confidence. He is best known for focusing on shape, colour and a combination of materials that come together to create an architectural line. His celebrity list includes Michelle Obama, Claire Danes, Diane Kruger and Rachel Weisz.

Today, with Narciso eau de parfum Ambrée, the 59-year-old fashion designer, who has a son and a daughter, celebrates the brilliant women who have inspired him throughout his life by offering them the warmest, most luminous variation yet of the Narciso scent: Ambrée.

(Above) The rich amber glow alludes to a woman’s innate sensuality and reflects the luminosity of her skin.

In the new scent, the original amber note is magnified, blending a potent vanilla into a absolutely rich texture. Their warm facets wrap the composition in a golden veil, letting the amber accord shine through, amplifying Narciso’s sultry signature musc. Exotic tiaré flower and ylang-ylang from Madagascar – a luminous, yet deep and captivating floral note – add their warm glow. A touch of salt alludes to the scent of sunlit skin. Sleek, smooth cedar reflects the elegant woody signature of the Narciso range.

In the Ambrée campaign, photographer Viviane Sassen, known for her dreamlike, semi-abstract aesthetics, captures Laurijn’s innocent and hypnotic beauty. The dazzling sun envelopes her sensual silhouette like the warm, voluptuous notes of an amber scent. Viviane Sassen uses a play of light and shadow to celebrate the seductive nature of feminine duality. Shot in the atmospheric light, stark terrain and wide-open vistas of a sun-drenched desert, the campaign captures the sun and the essence of femininity.

Ambrée, the new eau de parfum by Narciso Rodriguez, radiates seduction with the potency of the sun.

If you love the scent Narciso Eau de Parfum Poudrée, you will love Ambrée, a more intense and warm fragrance with a touch of rock’n’roll. In my opinion, Poudrée is the perfect scent for women who wear Chanel clothes and fragrances, especially Chanel No. 19 and No. 5, Ambrée for women who wear Pucci.

Laurijn hits the catwalk for some of the most prestigious fashion brands: Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, Balmain, Etro, Jacquemus and many more.
