Seductive, charismatic and cosmopolitan: Mariano Di Vaio, the world’s most attractive male blogger, embodies once again Dolce & Gabbana’s modern king in the new ad campaign for K Eau de Parfum. One year after the launch of the light K Eau de Toilette, Dolce & Gabbana introduces a new version of the successful men’s fragrance.

Inspired by the earthy, rugged landscape of Tuscany, renowned French perfumers Daphné Bugey and Nathalie Lorson have reinterpreted the original fragrance to evoke the intense and magnetic sides of this king of everyday life. While the light Eau de Toilette created a crescendo of citruses, ignited by fiery aromatics and underpinned by noble woods, K Eau de Parfum now reveals a new spiciness, a more sensual heart, and a stronger woody base.

Following the story of K Eau de Toilette by Dolce & Gabbana (read our article), set in the picturesque and timeless Tuscan village of Montepulciano, the Eau de Parfum presents a new aspect of Dolce & Gabbana’s modern king, embodied once again by Mariano Di Vaio. Shot by photographer Mariano Vivanco in front of a classic Tuscan portico, his intense and seductive gaze captures his natural magnetism and innate strength.

In the campaign film, Mariano is roaring down a tree-lined avenue on his motorbike, accompanied by a soundtrack from Ennio Morricone. He arrives in the hilltop village to the loving embrace of his family, and the warm companionship of his friends.
