SISLEY FALL 2019 MAKEUP COLLECTION

Velvety, creamy, blendable, iridescent and vibrant: This autumn, Sisley Paris launches 20 new eyeshadows. The Phyto-Ombres collection features luminous, intense, magnetic shades with creamy textures and several finishes for dramatically colourful eyes.

The new eyeshadows are packed with pigments and feature Sisley’s highest-ever proportion of light reflecting mother-of-pearl. They come in various finishes that can be combined in infinite ways to give your eyes radiance and depth.

Half-powder, half-cream, these eyeshadows blend seamlessly with the skin thanks to a gelled sugar and a film‑forming polymer that give them a smooth, melting, creamy texture

MATT, SATIN, METALLIC, LUMINOUS & GLITTER

20 radiant shades, 4 colour families and 5 finishes for multi-faceted possibilities: Matt, satin, metallic, luminous and glitter. All the shades complement and echo each other so they can be worn alone, in combination, or on top of one another.

The Sisley Fall 2019 makeup collection features intense, luminous, sheer and
long‑lasting colours.

The Nudes: 6 natural shades perfect for a no make-up effect. They can be worn alone for fresh, luminous make-up, as a base to even out the eyelid, or as an illuminating touch.

The Smoky: 6 muted eyeshadows packed with pigments for smoky looks and intense eyes, by day or by night. They are mainly used as a solid colour as eyeliner, or as a soft halo.

The Arty: 5 colourful, fun, trendy shades that look striking and can be used for a colour block effect, either on their own, paired up, or combined with the other shades for those who love bold looks.

The Glows: 3 metallic shades for a play of light and to give the eyes a captivating touch. Ideal as a luxurious single colour, as a final touch on the inner corner of the eye, or as a top coat to catch the light, they are even better when combined with the seventeen shades in the range to give them an iridescent veil.

PHYTO-TEINT ULTRA ECLAT

Sisley’s new foundation Phyto-Teint Ultra Eclat, which is available in 14 shades, is formulated with a radiance-activating complex that combines minerals (zinc, copper, and magnesium) to give the skin a breath of fresh air. Its blurring effect is boosted to provide an even smoother finish, while its soft focus pigments work like prisms, reflecting light to minimize imperfections and signs of fatigue.

REVIEW SISLEY PHYTO-TEINT ULTRA ECLAT FOUNDATION

I tested Sisley’s new foundation Phyto-Teint Ultra Eclat in 0+ Vanilla. The colour is very natural and the smell of the foundation is great. I opted for a medium coverage. While it looked great on the cheeks and the forehead, even after a day of work, the foundation started to fade away on the nose after only two hours. In the evening, when I came back from work, quite a lot had faded away on the nose and the chin.

Based on my experience, I would only recommend the foundation to women with dry or normal skin. It didn’t work on my combination skin, even if the press release states that it’s an oil-free foundation. I didn’t apply any cream before the foundation, just a light serum. If you have a combination skin, I strongly suggest that you use a matte primer on your T-zone.
